• Role: Design Authority (expert support for enterprise architecture decision-making)

Description

Provide expert guidance to help define the organization’s target enterprise architecture and support key architectural decisions in complex transformation and integration programs, including TSA (Transition Service Agreement) transitions. Set architectural decision criteria, deliver recommendations and project next steps, and collaborate closely with the organization’s Architect and delivery leadership through a Joint Design Authority.

Responsibilities

• Define the target enterprise architecture
• Support key architectural decision-making across projects
• Define decision criteria for architectural choices
• Provide recommendations and set next project steps
• Collaborate closely with the organization’s Architect
• Work with Project Managers and Stream Leaders
• Deliver tasks within the Joint Design Authority

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Architecture / Enterprise Architecture
• Strong competencies in system design and defining architectural standards
• Strategic thinking with the ability to argue decisions to business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in transformation or integration projects
• Fluent English
