Description

Design and architect scalable, enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions with hands-on Python leadership. Build LLM-based applications, including RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration, and integrate AI components with existing enterprise systems and data platforms. Lead architectural decisions and guide teams from implementation through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise environments

• Define solution architecture using DDD, EDA, microservices, and distributed systems

• Design and implement AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and orchestration frameworks

• Architect LLM-based applications and intelligent automation solutions

• Deliver hands-on Python development for backend services and APIs

• Integrate AI components with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms

• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, performance, and maintainability

• Drive technical discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews

• Support teams through implementation and production deployment

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership experience

• Strong architectural expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

• Advanced Python skills (backend services and API development)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and enterprise GenAI applications

• Strong experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions

• Practical experience with LangGraph (LG) and LangChain (LCH)

• Proven expertise in agentic AI orchestration (autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool calling, workflow coordination)

• Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns

• Experience designing AI solutions for production environments
