Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to support Data & Risk initiatives, focusing on product analysis, data quality, data validation, and AI/ML model quality.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and an understanding of data classification and machine learning concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse product performance, data quality, and customer feedback.

• Work with large datasets using SQL, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

• Perform data validation, quality checks, and testing.

• Label and classify merchant and transaction data.

• Validate AI-generated outputs and identify data inconsistencies.

• Analyse model performance using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score.

• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

• Document findings and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

• Experience with large datasets and data validation.

• Knowledge of data labeling, classification, and annotation.

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and model validation.

• Familiarity with testing and quality assurance processes.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with merchant or transaction data.

• Knowledge of machine learning model evaluation metrics.

• Exposure to Google Vertex AI or similar platforms.

• Experience with AI/ML or data-driven products.
