Description

You will perform Know Your Customer (KYC) remediation for high-risk customers of a large Nordic bank. Using existing customer data, you will collect additional information as needed to complete compliant KYC registration. The role requires customer communication primarily in Danish, with some translation of information to English for internal use.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC on high-risk customers

• Collect additional customer data as required

• Utilize the KYC Branch tool for the KYC process

• Communicate with customers regarding their data

• Ensure compliance with KYC registration requirements

Requirements

• Experience with Nordea Bank KYC branch tool

• Understanding of what constitutes a Financial Crime Risk

• Comfortable calling/contacting customers to collect additional information

• Fluent in Danish and English
