Description

You will partner with robotics/control algorithm developers, mechanical engineers, and power electronics teams to prototype, test, and validate custom control systems for unique applications.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, bring-up, debug, and characterize novel control techniques on physical hardware

• Perform rapid integration, tuning, calibration, and testing of complex robotic prototypes

• Drive root-cause failure analysis and cross-functional problem solving

• Communicate technical progress through documentation and presentations

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Engineering plus 3+ years of relevant industry experience

• Strong knowledge in classical/modern control theory, robotics, and digital signal processing

• Deep domain expertise in sensor integration and characterization, with emphasis on IMUs

• Experience in hardware/software integration, bring-up, and physical system debugging

• Proficient in C/C++ and Python or MATLAB

• Experience with modern software development workflows and version control (e.g., Git)

• Experience with genAI developer productivity tools (e.g., Claude)
