Description

Join a Senior Software Engineer role responsible for designing, developing, and scaling the Goodleap Pros platform. You will work with product managers, designers, and engineers to build reliable, secure, high-performance systems, while leveraging AI-driven software processes. You’ll own key initiatives, mentor teammates, and help keep systems highly available through timely troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end frameworks and shared component libraries across the product line

• Use AI-driven software processes to build and expand Goodleap Pros front-end and full-stack services

• Collaborate with the product team to deliver high-quality solutions for the Pros Selling organization

• Contribute across the software development lifecycle: concept, design, testing, and deployment

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and promote best practices

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to maintain high system availability

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end software development experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS

• Experience developing across the full software stack using AI/agentic software development practices

• Ability to design secure, scalable, resilient systems

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Passion for clean code and continuous improvement
