Description

An experienced full-stack Application Developer is needed to support a public safety and justice technology initiative. The role centers on building responsive user interfaces with Angular and robust backend services/APIs using C# and .NET, following modern cloud practices. Responsibilities include integrating RESTful and SOAP services, writing automated unit tests, and supporting CI/CD deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular and .NET
• Build responsive, engaging user interfaces using Angular
• Develop backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
• Create reusable, testable application modules and components
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services
• Create automated unit tests for Angular and .NET components
• Support deployments through continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Follow established coding standards and reusable design patterns
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Produce technical documentation, inline documentation, and system diagrams

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of professional business application development experience, including recent hands-on work with modern frameworks
• 5+ years Angular business application development experience with recent hands-on Angular 18+ experience
• 5+ years Microsoft .NET development experience with Visual Studio and C#, including recent hands-on .NET 7.0+
• 2+ years Microsoft Azure Cloud Services experience
• Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 experience for responsive design
• Experience with .NET Core, Entity Framework, and LINQ
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful and SOAP web services
• Experience automating unit testing for Angular and .NET applications
• Familiarity with build/deployment scripts and CI/CD processes
