Description

Build and maintain business web applications for public safety and justice initiatives, working full-stack across Angular front ends and .NET/C# back ends and web services. The role emphasizes modern Angular (v18+), .NET 7+, Azure experience, automated unit testing, and CI/CD-aware development. You will create reusable, testable Angular modules/components and deliver responsive, dynamic user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular

• Implement backend logic and web services using C#/.NET

• Create reusable and self-contained Angular modules/components

• Work with RESTful and SOAP web services

• Automate unit test cases for Angular and .NET

• Support build and deployment workflows and CI/CD processes

• Participate in documentation, coding standards, and code reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years developing business applications in Angular (recent experience with Angular v18+)

• 5+ years working with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio (recent experience with .NET v7.0+)

• 5+ years developing C# backend programs and web services

• 2+ years working with Azure Cloud Services

• Experience creating self-contained, reusable, and testable Angular modules and components

• Strong Web UI application development experience with dynamic, responsive interfaces in Angular

• Solid knowledge of .NET Core frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework and LINQ)

• Web Services development experience (RESTful and/or SOAP)

• Ability to automate unit tests for both Angular and .NET

• Familiarity with build and deploy scripts and CI/CD

• Full-stack experience (frontend and backend)

• Strong academic background in Computer Science

• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript

• HTML/CSS responsive design (correct rendering across devices)

• Experience with intelligent design (libraries/reusable code), inline documentation (comments and diagrams), coding standards, and code reviews
