Description

Senior role focused on backend/full-stack Java development on AWS. You will build microservices and RESTful APIs with Spring Boot and work with Kafka and distributed systems. Strong Oracle database skills and CI/CD/Git experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java backend/full-stack applications on AWS

• Design and implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

• Use Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem

• Work with Kafka and distributed systems

• Perform Oracle database development including SQL/PLSQL, performance tuning, and schema design

• Apply software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices

• Use Git and CI/CD tools for the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 10+ years of hands-on full-stack or backend Java development

• Expert-level proficiency in Java with hands-on AWS experience

• Strong experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

• Experience with Kafka and distributed systems

• Proficiency with Oracle databases including SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and schema design

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices

• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools
