Description

As part of a team working with customers, you will identify savings and optimize transportation concepts within supply chains. You will analyze logistics and transport network data and processes using specialized software, develop optimization scenarios, and present and implement the final concept for both management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Find and create savings opportunities in customer supply networks

• Perform analyses and evaluate data and established processes using specialized software

• Identify weak points in transportation networks

• Develop and evaluate optimization scenarios

• Present and implement the final concept with management and customers

• Provide system support during setup or adjustments, if needed

Requirements

• University education in economics, logistics, transport, or international trade (or high school with relevant experience of at least 3 years)

• Experience in logistics, transport, or automotive (relevant internships are accepted)

• Strong analytical and structured approach to concept work

• Communicative English; German is an advantage

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge

• Interest in supply chain/customer-supplier relationships and transport; enjoyment working with numbers

• Motivation to work in an international team and a dynamic environment
