Description

Implement, configure, and upgrade BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for enterprise customers. You will integrate PAM with customer environments such as Active Directory, Windows and Linux servers, network devices, and virtualization. You’ll also prepare technical documentation and, after onboarding, lead projects independently from analysis through handover to operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and upgrade BeyondTrust products: Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access (PRA), Remote Support, Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)

• Connect PAM to customer environments: Active Directory, Windows and Linux servers, network devices, virtualization

• Prepare technical documentation and present solutions to customers

• After onboarding, independently lead projects from analysis through handover to operations

Requirements

• Practical experience managing Windows and Linux servers

• Good knowledge of Active Directory

• Basics of identity management (accounts, roles, permissions, identity lifecycle)

• Experience with vCenter or other hypervisors

• Willingness to learn and progressively take project leadership responsibility

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers

• Czech or Slovak and English at a level sufficient for communication
