Description

You will work on backend services and data processing for an internet banking application used by individual and business customers. The role focuses on building APIs and developing ETL/ELT and analytics-related solutions, including integrations with databases and BI systems. You’ll also automate business processes, optimize data processing performance, and maintain high code quality in an agile sprint environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and system components in Python

• Build data processing pipelines (ETL/ELT) and integrate with databases and external systems

• Develop tools and scripts that automate business processes

• Build and maintain analytics solutions, including integration with BI systems

• Ensure application performance and optimize data processing

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience as a Python Developer

• Practical knowledge of at least one of: FastAPI, Flask, Django

• Strong SQL and database experience

• Experience with data processing using tools such as Pandas

• Experience creating and integrating APIs

• Proficiency with Git and knowledge of CI/CD processes

• Ability to map business requirements to technical solutions; openness to cross-team collaboration

• Polish language proficiency at C1
