Description

We are recruiting a Software Engineer with strong C++ development experience in low-latency trading systems. The role focuses on building high-performance, high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency, transaction-oriented distributed systems for a financial trading environment, including order management and FIX-based order state handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance distributed systems for transaction-oriented trading workloads

• Build and enhance order management systems

• Implement and work with the FIX protocol and manage order states

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on C++ development experience

• Strong multithreading experience and solid understanding of data structures, STL, casting, templates, pointers, socket programming, and algorithms

• Programming experience in Linux/Unix environments

• Experience developing order management systems

• Experience working with FIX protocol and handling order states in a financial environment

• Experience building high-performance, high-availability, high-throughput, low-latency, high-capacity distributed systems

• Strong knowledge of equity trading environments (ideally across multiple regions)

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex functional and non-functional requirements to IT and business stakeholders
