Description

Build and evolve a new system that supports group insurance processes, including an offer/quote module. You will design and implement backend functionality in Java (Spring), develop microservices, integrate services via REST/SOAP/gRPC, work with relational databases using SQL and ORM, and implement asynchronous communication with RabbitMQ.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and develop backend features in Java using the Spring Framework

• Build and evolve services and integrations between systems using REST, SOAP, and gRPC

• Design and develop microservices-based solutions

• Work with relational databases; create and optimize SQL queries; use ORM

• Implement asynchronous communication using message queues, especially RabbitMQ

• Ensure quality, performance, and stability of the developed software

• Analyze and resolve technical problems; optimize existing solutions

• Optional: develop UI elements using Angular

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer

• Good knowledge of Java and Spring Framework

• Experience with REST, SOAP, or gRPC service development and integration (JAX-RS and/or JAX-WS)

• Practical knowledge of Hibernate or other ORM solutions

• Experience with relational databases and SQL (preferred MSSQL)

• Knowledge of messaging systems, especially RabbitMQ

• Experience working with Docker

• Knowledge of microservices architecture

• Ability to use Git or SVN, and Git Bash

• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues

• English at least B1
