Description

The Senior IT Developer role supports an agile development team by delivering high-quality software solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in community activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of an agile team
• Write robust, well-tested, clean solutions using modern tools and technology
• Primarily work in technologies you master, while stepping into other areas as needed to help the team meet commitments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver regulatory-aligned solutions using your engineering input
• Participate in technology communities (dev days, innovation sprints, daily meetings)

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• 4-5 years of experience as a Java developer
• Proficiency in Java, Gradle, Spring Boot, Spring Integration
• Experience with Oracle and Kafka
• Experience developing and improving CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Fluency in English
• Experience consuming data from API services
• Understanding of how to define and design comprehensive tests

Nice to Have

• Linux, including Bash scripting
• Knowledge of public/private key encryption, key generation, and certificate management (SSL/TLS)
