Description

Join a software engineering team working on Name and Media Screening (NMS) to protect clients from financial crime risk and support Compliance processes. You will develop and maintain Java applications, improve Continuous Integration, and help shape application architecture and globally deployed technical standards. Collaboration with Product Management and business teams is central to delivering a stable, scalable solution with the right user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications
• Develop and improve Continuous Integration processes
• Continuously enhance existing solutions and technology processes
• Co-create and evolve application architecture
• Define technical standards, rules, and guidelines for a solution rolled out globally
• Support Product Management in creating and executing the product roadmap
• Work closely with team/sub-team members to deliver stable, scalable, long-term maintainable solutions
• Ensure the solution meets business requirements
• Consider User Experience during development
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, guidelines, and organizational processes
• Collaborate and provide technical advice to Business Analysts, Testers, and Management

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience building Java applications
• Very good knowledge of Java
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases
• Experience working in a Linux server environment
• Knowledge of Bash/shell scripting
• Good understanding of the full application lifecycle and SDLC
