Description

You will help improve platform adoption by building reusable templates, standard development patterns, onboarding materials, and developer tools. The work includes collecting developer feedback, implementing improvements, and producing documentation and examples for each feature release. You will collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and risk teams to ensure guidance is accurate, practical, and meets compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable templates and standard development patterns

• Create practical, real-project-based examples to support platform adoption

• Improve self-service onboarding to enable adoption without individual support

• Gather developer feedback via support sessions/communication channels and drive resolution

• Create and maintain platform documentation, how-to guides, and examples per feature release

• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and risk to meet compliance needs

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience

• Strong hands-on programming skills in Java, Kotlin, or Node.js

• Proven experience building and delivering templates, automation, reference implementations, onboarding materials, or developer tools

• Practical understanding of standardization and automation for developer experience

• Ability to write clear technical documentation, guides, and examples

• Strong focus on security, resilience, observability, and ease of support in production, including regulated organizations

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Willingness to work in Kraków (2 days office, 3 days remote)

• Very good English and Polish
