Description

Join an agile Risk and Margin team focused on enhancing risk models and leading the transition of future-state risk models to the cloud. You’ll design, develop, and maintain scalable Core Java/Spring Boot applications and microservices, improve integrations with multiple databases, and deploy/support services on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Core Java and Spring Boot
• Build and enhance microservices-based solutions focused on performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Develop and optimize integrations with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Sybase databases
• Deploy and support applications in Azure using Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and support production systems running in Unix/Linux environments

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring Boot
• Background in designing and developing Java microservices infrastructure
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Oracle databases
• Competency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
