• Role: Lead and execute CSOD data migrations from legacy systems to Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)

Description

Lead end-to-end data migration planning, mapping, extraction, transformation, loading, and validation into CSOD modules. Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and transformation rules aligned to CSOD standards. Support testing through mock migrations, integrity checks, reconciliation, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end migration activities: planning, mapping, extraction, transformation, loading, and validation

• Define legacy field mapping and transformation rules based on CSOD data requirements

• Use CSOD Edge and standard Edge Import/data load templates for data transfer

• Run mock migrations, conduct data integrity checks, reconcile results, and support UAT

• Coordinate with client IT teams, CSOD Global Customer Support, and project managers to manage timelines, risks, and cutover strategy

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience migrating data into the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform on enterprise-scale projects

• Deep knowledge of CSOD data models and Edge Import/standard data load specifications across key modules

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for migration errors and data mismatches using CSOD Edge/API logs

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
