Description

Build, test, and execute data migration strategies that perform extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, and loading into Salesforce. You will ensure accurate, high-quality data loads across complex CPQ and CLM structures, including automated reconciliation and readiness for cutovers with rollback/disaster recovery support.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute ETL/ELT processes (extraction, transformation, mapping, validation, loading) per the data migration strategy
• Contribute to code reviews and follow migration-team technical standards and validation protocols
• Execute rollback and disaster recovery during mock and production cutovers; flag issues and support rapid resolution
• Migrate complex relational CPQ data: Product Catalogs, Price Books, Quote templates, Subscriptions, Assets, and multi-tier Contracting hierarchies while maintaining referential integrity
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and the Technical Lead to map legacy financial and billing data into target Salesforce ARM and CLM data structures
• Troubleshoot CPQ-specific mapping issues (e.g., active subscription contracts and historical pricing rules)
• Apply data profiling and cleansing standards to load high-fidelity, deduplicated data
• Ensure migrated data meets data security, regulatory, and enterprise data governance frameworks
• Build and run automated validation scripts for pre- and post-load reconciliation to maintain full financial accuracy

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Migration experience on enterprise-scale implementations
• Experience executing at least one major Salesforce CPQ/Billing migration
• Understanding of CPQ data structures and how Quote Lines, Subscriptions, and Contract objects interrelate
• Proficiency with Salesforce ETL tools: MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, or Jitterbit
• Experience with data loading tools: SF Data Loader, Copado, and Salesforce DX
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with high-volume datasets (millions of records)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
