Description

You will support and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O by independently handling tickets from problem recognition with users to resolution or justified escalation for developer changes. The role is not first-line support: you will diagnose issues using data, SQL queries, logs, and error messages, and analyze problems across documents, reports, integrations, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O tickets end-to-end: analyze the issue, communicate with the user, and resolve or escalate (with developer change justification).

• Support users on technical and functional topics related to system operation.

• Diagnose problems using data, SQL queries, logs, error messages, and user-provided information.

• Analyze issues related to documents, reports, integrations, and business process execution.

• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Sales, e-commerce, and IT teams.

• Document root causes, performed analyses, and applied solutions.

• Participate in testing fixes, new versions, and system improvements.

• Recommend actions to limit repeat tickets.

Requirements

• Practical experience maintaining, supporting, or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Experience beyond registering and forwarding tickets to another support tier.

• Ability to independently diagnose issues and drive tickets from start to solution.

• Ability to collaborate with business users and translate requests into technical or process actions.

• Basic understanding of sales, purchasing, warehouse, or document accounting processes.

• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to analyze data and logs.

• Strong organization, responsibility, systematic work habits, and a problem-solving mindset.
