Description

You will help align business needs with technology by supporting Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft 365 initiatives across international environments. Responsibilities may include gathering and analyzing requirements, creating functional designs, supporting CRM implementations, configuring Dynamics 365, defining data models, enabling process automation, and ensuring integrations work smoothly to improve efficiency and user experience. Banking experience in regulated environments is a strong advantage.

Requirements

• Experience in Dynamics 365 functional consulting and/or CRM implementation work

• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs

• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 applications

• Experience supporting CRM implementations

• Experience with process automation, defining data models, and system integration

• Banking experience and familiarity with compliance, data governance, and process standardisation (strong advantage)
