Description

Design and develop enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate cloud flows. Build and maintain Dataverse/Dynamics 365 server-side extensions in C#/.NET, integrate with Azure and external systems via secure REST/JSON APIs, and support data migrations into Dataverse. Ensure ALM, performance tuning, identity, and role-based security governance aligned with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Model-Driven Power Apps using Dataverse forms, views, business process flows, command bar actions, and security roles.
• Build, configure, and secure external-facing Microsoft Power Pages using Liquid templates, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and custom web components.
• Write, debug, and maintain server-side C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, and API extensions for Dataverse and Dynamics 365.
• Develop complex asynchronous workflows, orchestrations, and automated approval logic using Power Automate cloud flows.
• Execute and validate enterprise data migration workflows, transitioning legacy systems (e.g., Lotus Notes) into structured Dataverse schemas.
• Build secure, scalable integrations connecting Power Platform solutions with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems via REST/JSON APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and solution architects to refine technical specifications and establish architectural standards.
• Implement performance tuning, ALM, identity management, and role-based security governance aligned with regulatory and public-sector requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep Microsoft Power Platform delivery.
• Advanced experience writing server-side plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and enterprise integration services in C# and .NET.
• Extensive hands-on experience building custom Power Pages using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Expert-level knowledge of Dataverse relational architecture, table/entity relationships, business rules, and security role modeling.
• Proven ability to design, orchestrate, and troubleshoot complex Power Automate cloud flows and automation.
• Practical experience integrating Power Platform with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Blob Storage, and external services via secure REST/SOAP APIs and JSON payloads.
• Strong capability to determine when to use native low-code features vs. custom pro-code plugins and cloud services.
• Solid understanding of OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, and role-based access control/security patterns.
