Description

Lead data and analytics strategy and large-scale transformation engagements for Healthcare and Life Sciences clients, working with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to define roadmaps and deliver high-value analytics initiatives. Serve as principal consultant for enterprise data transformation, including assessments, roadmaps, and vision statements, and support presales activities such as RFP responses and proposal development. Contribute to practice growth through mentoring, solution development, and measurable business outcomes tied to revenue and utilization targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal account teams
• Lead collaborative engagements to identify, define, and solve complex data and analytics challenges aligned with client goals
• Work with Practice Leadership and Account Management to develop account strategies and identify data-driven growth opportunities
• Act as the principal consultant for large scale data transformation initiatives; contribute to strategic deliverables (assessments, roadmaps, vision statements)
• Participate in data and analytics presales activities, including opportunity qualification, RFP responses, proposal development, and deal closure
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise across strategic client engagements
• Drive measurable business outcomes by achieving revenue goals, expanding client relationships, and meeting utilization targets
• Support Healthcare and Life Sciences practice growth through go-to-market initiatives, solution development, methodologies, and strategic programs

Requirements

• Proven experience leading data strategy, data governance, data maturity, and data-driven transformation initiatives within Healthcare and Life Sciences
• Extensive experience in custom IT services, software development, IT solutions, or implementation environments
• Experience leading change management initiatives within enterprise organizations
• Experience influencing data architecture, solution design, and technology selection for enterprise data platforms (data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouses, and data science platforms)
• Experience implementing data strategies that support the development of internal AI platforms
• Experience working within Healthcare and Life Sciences across the US and Europe
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and life sciences regulations: HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, EU AI Act
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards and terminology: FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, ICD 10; plus TEFCA and EHDS
• Strong understanding of data and technology consulting principles and best practices
• Experience leading large scale data programs and supporting revenue growth across client portfolios
• Experience collaborating with business development and sales engineering teams
• Ability to manage complex technology initiatives and communicate effectively with senior business and IT stakeholders
• Demonstrated success building client relationships, facilitating strategic planning, and driving organizational adoption
• Solid understanding of business operations, products, and services
