Description

Design and develop reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including data layer architecture, semantic models, and reports. You will integrate Power BI with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), optimize semantic model and report performance, and collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Architects, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reporting and analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
• Architect data layers, semantic models, and business/management reporting
• Integrate Power BI with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
• Optimize performance of semantic models, reports, and reporting processes
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Architects, and business stakeholders
• Define BI reporting and data modeling standards and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power BI solutions in a corporate environment
• Experience as a Lead/Senior BI Developer or BI Solution Architect
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Semantic Models, Dataflows) and Power BI integration
• Experience designing reporting and analytics architectures covering the data layer, semantic models, reporting, and performance optimization
• Practical experience integrating Power BI with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
• Advanced DAX knowledge and experience optimizing semantic models and report performance
• Ability to define standards for report development, data modeling, and BI best practices
• Experience leading technical analyses and collaborating with business stakeholders as an expert/consultant
