Description

You will support the development of the Murex platform in the treasury area, with special emphasis on the Commodity module. The role requires strong Murex knowledge (functional and technical) and the ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions while partnering with developers. You will also conduct SQL-based data analysis, run workshops, and maintain analytical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements in the treasury domain
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
• Propose technical solutions within the Murex stack and verify developers’ outcomes
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Analyze data using SQL
• Prepare and maintain analytical documentation
• Support improvements to business processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the financial sector
• Minimum 5 years working with Murex MX.3, especially FXD and Commodity
• Experience participating in Murex implementation or development projects
• Practical Murex functional and technical knowledge (pre-trade rules, MSL, exchange, UDF)
• Understanding of trading processes for financial instruments and/or commodity products
• Knowledge of risk, valuation, or reporting on financial markets
• Good SQL knowledge and ability to analyze data
• Experience creating analytical documentation and running workshops
• Comfortable collaboration with business and IT and translating business requirements into technical specifications
• English and Polish at C1 level
