Description

We’re looking for an AI Engineering specialist to build organizational, process, and technology foundations for adopting generative AI in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and to measure its impact on productivity and work quality.

The project combines measurement of software delivery metrics with evaluation of how GenAI tools influence productivity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement software delivery metrics

• Integrate and perform data quality control from developer tools

• Calculate DORA and flow metrics

• Build Power BI dashboards and analyze trends and bottlenecks

• Measure the impact of GenAI and prepare recommendations and KPIs

• Document the methodology in Confluence

• Present results to teams and management

Requirements

• Experience with SQL

• Ability to build dashboards in Power BI

• Practical knowledge of DORA metrics, Lead Time for Changes, and Cycle Time

• Experience with GitLab or GitHub or Gerrit

• Knowledge of CI/CD

• Experience analyzing software development process effectiveness (SDLC)

• Experience acquiring and analyzing data from DevOps tools

• Ability to assess the impact of LLM/GenAI tools on IT team productivity and quality

• Experience integrating LLMs with applications or processes via API

• Experience in data analytics, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Agile/IT processes
