Description

You will develop and manage middleware interfaces and optimize data flows between enterprise systems. You will support integration implementations through technical consulting and ensure quality, stability, and performance end-to-end. You will continuously improve existing integration processes together with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer interfaces between different systems using middleware
• Optimize and automate data flows, especially across ERP, CRM, and other business systems
• Provide technical advice for implementing integration solutions and support during incidents
• Ensure quality, stability, and performance throughout the entire process chain, including documentation
• Continuously enhance existing integration processes in close collaboration with internal and external teams

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree preferred; motivated career changers with relevant experience welcome
• Confident with SQL; ETL tools and data modeling experience preferred
• Knowledge of relational databases and common data formats/interfaces (e.g., EDIFACT, REST, SFTP)
• Analytical mindset and strong service orientation
• Good English skills; confident use of Microsoft Office
• Independent, goal-oriented, hands-on approach and enjoyment of collaborating in agile, solution-driven teams
• Plus: first experience with Lobster_data or SAP Integration Suite
