Description

You will develop and manage interfaces between different systems using middleware. You will optimize and automate data flows across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems, provide technical guidance for integration solutions, and support teams in case of issues. You will also ensure end-to-end quality, stability, and performance, including documentation, while continuously improving integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer interfaces between systems using middleware
• Optimize and automate data flows, especially in ERP/CRM and other enterprise environments
• Provide technical consulting for implementing integration solutions and support during incidents
• Ensure quality, stability, and performance across the full process chain, including documentation
• Continuously improve existing integration processes with internal and external teams

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree (preferred); motivated career switchers with relevant experience are welcome
• Secure handling of SQL; experience with ETL tools, data modeling, and relational databases is desired
• Knowledge of common data formats and interfaces (e.g., EDIFACT, REST, SFTP); ideally experience with Lobster_data or SAP Integration Suite
• Strong analytical thinking and high service orientation
• Good English skills and confident use of Microsoft Office
• Independent, targeted, hands-on work style and enjoyment of working in agile, solution-oriented teams
