Description

Develop and manage middleware-based interfaces between different systems. Optimize and automate data flows across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems, provide technical guidance for integration solutions, and support integration in case of incidents. Ensure end-to-end quality, stability, and performance with documentation and continuously improve integration processes with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer interfaces between systems using middleware

• Optimize and automate data flows, especially around ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems

• Provide technical consulting for implementing integration solutions and support during support cases

• Ensure quality, stability, and performance across the full process chain, including documentation

• Continuously improve existing integration processes with internal and external teams

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree (advantage); motivated career changers with relevant experience welcome

• Secure handling of SQL; ETL tool experience, data modeling, and relational databases are desired

• Knowledge of common data formats and interfaces (e.g., EDIFACT, REST, SFTP); ideally some experience with Lobster_data or SAP Integration Suite

• Strong analytical thinking, high service orientation, good English, and confident use of Microsoft Office

• Independent, goal-directed, hands-on work style and enjoyment of collaboration in agile, solution-oriented teams
