Description

Join as an SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant to design and implement planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, and translate needs into functional SAC planning models, reports, dashboards, and integrations with SAP S/4HANA. The role also includes testing support (including UAT), defect resolution, and functional documentation/knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAC Planning solutions (planning models, input forms, dashboards, reports)

• Configure budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning scenarios (cost center planning, activity rates, allocations, settlement cycles)

• Gather requirements and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops; translate business needs into functional planning solutions

• Design planning models, calculations, workflows, and integrate data between SAP S/4HANA and SAC

• Collaborate with SAP CO, FI, PP, CO-PA, and Material Ledger consultants to align financial and operational processes

• Contribute to reporting and analytics architecture design, including integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and data warehouse solutions

• Support data validation, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and prepare documentation and knowledge transfer materials

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including SAC Planning, planning models, and applications

• Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management planning processes

• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration with SAC, plus SAP CO and financial planning concepts

• Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and planning solutions

• Proven experience participating in SAP implementation or transformation projects

• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• English B2+ and Polish C1+ proficiency
