Description

You will support the Material Planning department as a go-to analytics expert for supply and demand planning, multi-tier supply visibility, and operational reporting. You will build tools, dashboards, and automated pipelines to provide real-time visibility into gating supply chains, enable supply simulations, and improve planning workflow execution. You will also collaborate with planning and systems teams to deliver analytics that enable faster, better-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and platforms for end-to-end visibility into supply and demand planning across multiple tiers

• Design and run supply simulations to identify gating supply chains, forecast risk, and support proactive decisions

• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for daily workflow orchestration, extraction, transformation, and reporting

• Automate daily operational workflows to eliminate manual processes across planning teams

• Query and analyze large-scale datasets using SQL to surface trends, exceptions, and actionable insights

• Develop Python-based automation scripts and data processing pipelines for reporting and simulation modeling

• Partner with Demand Planning, Material Planning, GSM and Component GSM, and Systems teams to align deliverables with operational priorities

• Support leadership with dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, supply risk assessments, and quarterly operational summaries

• Manage multiple analytical projects and data support requests to meet objectives and deadlines

• Work with IT and Systems to define system requirements and participate in software development through design, deployment, and UAT

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience; 2+ years of related work experience in supply chain analytics or demand/supply planning

• Strong SQL proficiency for querying large datasets

• Python experience for data analysis, automation, and pipelines (e.g., pandas, NumPy)

• Ability to analyze complex data, run simulations, and communicate results clearly

• Experience building automated data pipelines and workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow (or similar)

• Collaborative, flexible style and ability to build trust across planning and systems teams

• Highly preferred: React/JavaScript frontend experience and Tableau dashboarding

• Strong plus: supply chain concepts such as multi-tier planning, gating analysis, and supply/demand balancing

Expected Compensation

$62,640 - $113,400 annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits (varies by factors such as market location and experience).
