Description

Conduct training needs analysis and deliver instructor-led, workshop, and lab training for end users and mid/top management on ICT applications. Design training programs and materials (including computer-based training, e-learning, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises), evaluate training effectiveness, and use lessons learned for continuous improvement. Prepare training technical environments, manage schedules, and support change management by bridging developers and end users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs to identify gaps between current and desired skill levels

• Centralize, secure, and make available existing training materials for reuse

• Collect lessons learned from current and prior trainings

• Define objectives, propose learning approaches and styles, create education programs, and measure training effectiveness for ICT applications

• Provide direct classroom/remote training, workshops, and lab training for end users

• Deliver trainings and mentoring for mid and top management on ICT application usage

• Contribute to requirements and change management processes to align new applications and evolutions with training feedback

• Support delivery of new ICT applications by planning and delivering related training

• Analyze business processes and understand new applications to deliver trainings effectively

• Design training programs, training materials, hands-on exercises, and evaluation methods

• Produce training materials and content such as CBT, e-learning, video tutorials, and training scenarios

• Promote the training offering among staff

• Manage training schedules, book facilities, and prepare training technical environments (training instances)

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience

• Minimum 3 years in a similar position

• Bachelor’s degree

• English level C1 (certificate) or willingness to take the exam

• At least one training certification (e.g., CompTIA CTT+) or an equivalent accepted by the Contracting Authority

• Proven experience as an ICT trainer

• Experience planning training scope, developing training materials, and evaluating effectiveness

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to conduct instructor-led trainings in both classroom and remote settings

• Knowledge of effective teaching standards, methods, and techniques

• Knowledge of office automation tools, video conferencing, and training tools

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools

• Experience supporting and training end users

• Strong collaboration skills and versatility across technologies and platforms
