Description

Join as a Web Content Editor to manage day-to-day web content production, CMS updates, and editorial quality across a client web platform. You will publish content, maintain categories and hierarchies, coordinate with internal stakeholders on assets and revisions, and help implement AI-powered workflows in the CMS. The goal is to keep the platform accurate, fresh, and aligned with brand and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Upload, format, schedule, and publish content in the CMS

• Maintain metadata, tags, categories, and content structure

• Manage categories and hierarchies (taxonomies)

• Gather assets and copy from stakeholders; manage revisions

• Support content priorities and day-to-day publishing activities

• Proofread content, check links, and ensure correct rendering

• Coordinate implementation and testing of AI-assisted content generation and publishing workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in web content management or editorial support

• Proficiency with headless CMS platforms and content publishing workflows

• Strong attention to detail and editorial sensibility

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing requests

• Openness to using AI tools to improve speed and consistency
