Description

You will create and translate user instructions, knowledge base articles, and official website content related to Microsoft-based solutions. You’ll also edit technical and marketing posts, monitor social media and technical forums, write UI and customer communication text, and ensure proofreading and quality control. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, customer support, and the Technical Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Write user instructions and knowledge base articles for Microsoft-technology-based software solutions

• Create and translate content (EN–PL / PL–EN) for the official website and related services

• Edit technical and marketing blog/website posts about products, IT news, and updates

• Monitor social media, technical forums, and industry portals

• Draft UI text for program interfaces

• Edit customer communication messages

• Perform proofreading and quality control of other team members’ texts

• Collaborate with developers, customer support, and Technical Marketing

Requirements

• Perfect English, especially in writing

• Excellent Polish in speech and writing

• Ability to plan and produce logical technical instructions and other explanatory content for end users

• Knowledge of English-language IT terminology

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer/copywriter (IT), writing technical content in English

• Practical conversational English (e.g., English philology studies or work experience in English-speaking countries)

• Very good computer skills

• Accuracy and consistency
