Description

Provide technical advisory and coordination for onshore cable installation activities to ensure effective project execution and clear interface management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical assessments, analyses, and documentation for onshore cable installation

• Document installation concepts, interface requirements, and implementation approaches

• Coordinate interfaces between cable installation and adjacent work packages

• Clarify engineering and execution topics with cable suppliers and contractors

• Analyze technical risks and define mitigation measures

• Prepare project-specific status documentation and progress assessments for stakeholders

• Capture lessons learned and identify optimization opportunities

• Review and document technical deliverables, engineering documents, and installation procedures

• Prepare technical recommendations and documentation for cable installation activities

• Document schedule impacts, dependencies, and constraints

• Document quality-related observations and findings from execution

• Prepare/review technical specifications, procurement documentation, and contractor deliverables

• Document compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and contractual obligations

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Subsea Engineering)

• 5+ years of experience in onshore power cable installation projects

• Experience with cable pulls into cable ducts

• 2+ years supporting onshore transmission or renewable energy projects for TSOs or asset owners

• English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
