Description

You will develop and enhance an e-commerce platform as part of an Agile team, contributing through the full lifecycle: implementation, code reviews, testing, deployment, cloud infrastructure maintenance, and documentation. The role emphasizes JVM performance and execution details, plus search capabilities and microservices design. Occasional office visits in Warsaw may be required by prior arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop software within an Agile/Scrum development team

• Collaborate in team meetings and deliver assigned tasks

• Improve solutions across the project lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, deployment, cloud infrastructure maintenance, and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Developer

• Advanced proficiency in Java and Kotlin; hands-on experience with Spring and Micronaut

• Technical STEM degree (preferred)

• Deep JVM knowledge (execution, memory management, performance tuning)

• Experience with Apache Solr and/or Elasticsearch search technologies (preferably in Adtech)

• Microservices architecture experience and working knowledge of NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)

• Docker and/or Kubernetes experience; strong TDD and testing practices (unit + integration)

• Agile/Scrum experience

• English proficiency B2 or higher

• Willingness to occasionally visit the Warsaw office (pre-arranged)
