Description

You will provide in-house support for SAP S/4HANA with a focus on Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. The role involves handling complex incidents and error scenarios, analyzing requirements, and designing sustainable solutions and system enhancements. You will collaborate closely with SAP development teams (ABAP/Fiori) to implement and continuously optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and advise stakeholders on the conception and implementation of fit-for-purpose SAP solutions.

• Manage complex incidents and steer SAP S/4HANA ticket handling focused on sales processes.

• Analyze complex error patterns in SAP SD, develop lasting solution approaches, and implement them independently.

• Conceptualize and implement SAP SD module adjustments to continuously optimize sales processes.

• Prepare error analyses and requirements, create specifications, and work closely with SAP development teams (ABAP/Fiori).

• Evaluate, design, and implement new requirements and actively help shape the further development of the SAP platform.

Requirements

• Strong process knowledge in the SAP modules SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management).

• Extensive practical experience and deep expertise in SAP SD customizing.

• Strong analytical skills, including debugging and error analysis (e.g., in an ABAP environment).

• Familiarity with integration and interface technologies such as APIs, SAP Cloud Integration, and IDocs (data analysis experience is a plus).

• Experience with coordination and escalation management during system outages or bottlenecks.

• Strong communication skills, teamwork, assertiveness, and the ability to confidently operate at the interface between business and IT.
