Description

Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines that teams can trust and adopt, including automated build, testing, security scanning, and releases with strong release repeatability. Lead repository consolidation into a single GitHub organization and roll out security and observability from day one. Provide hands-on migration support and coaching so teams can operate the new standard independently.

Responsibilities

• Migrate repositories into a single GitHub organization while preserving history, permissions, and branch protection
• Define repository standards for ownership, branching, code reviews, and required checks
• Create reusable CI/CD pipeline templates for build, test, security scanning, and release
• Onboard product teams to the standard for cloud services and on-premises dealer-site software
• Implement repeatable releases: versioning, artifacts, environments, approvals, and rollback
• Add code, dependency, secret, and container scanning with gates blocking critical/high findings
• Manage pipeline secrets and access securely
• Provide standard logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and alerts for every service from first deploy
• Track delivery performance using DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, time to restore)
• Document the standard and coach product teams and Developer Experience engineers

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform, or build engineering
• Track record migrating multiple repositories to a single platform
• CI/CD template experience used by multiple teams
• Experience with both cloud services and installed (on-premises) software
• Fluent English (interviews in English)
