Description

You will support the development and automation of production infrastructure, diagnose complex technical problems, and respond to incidents to minimize service restoration time (MTTR).

The role also includes configuration and administration of Linux-based systems and applications, plus collaboration with engineering and architecture teams and participation in on-call rotation.

Role Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure and operational processes

• Maintain and develop Linux-based production environments

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems and production incidents

• Monitor availability, performance, and system stability

• Configure and administer systems and applications

• Support customer onboarding and new client activations

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams

• Participate in on-call rotation and handle technical escalations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration

• Very good knowledge of Bash and Python

• Experience maintaining applications running on Linux environments

• Practical knowledge of public cloud (preferred: GCP)

• Experience with Terraform and Ansible

• Knowledge of monitoring tools and ability to diagnose production problems

• Experience with infrastructure automation and system configuration

• English and Polish proficiency at least B2
