Description

You will drive the development of IT infrastructure by designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions across operating systems and hybrid cloud environments. The role builds scripts and tools that resolve root causes, improves Systems Engineering velocity, and enables modern self-service IT. You’ll collaborate with Systems Engineering and IT SecOps while continuously applying industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement, and maintain advanced automation scripts and applications (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Analyze automation opportunities and lead projects to optimize existing tools and increase team velocity
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, proactive monitoring, and CI/CD support across systems
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and share knowledge on automation strategies
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented tools and processes
• Gather requirements with IT SecOps and internal teams and implement automation solutions
• Continuously improve processes and tools by evaluating new technologies

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT process automation, programming, or advanced systems administration
• Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python or PowerShell)
• Proven experience delivering automation tools in production environments
• Understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git/Perforce), and CI/CD tools/concepts
• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux, plus cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Understanding of Ansible (or similar configuration management)
• Experience with Terraform (or similar tools)
• Knowledge of monitoring (Zabbix/Prometheus) and visualization (Grafana)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration; proactive and quality-focused work style
• Proficiency in Polish and English
