Description

The IT System Engineer will work in a modern internal IT environment with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 and modern Microsoft technologies. You will administer and continuously improve the company’s Microsoft 365 services, support service introduction and optimization, and contribute to IT modernization projects involving core infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Continuously maintain and develop the existing IT system landscape
• Administer the Microsoft 365 environment and support the introduction and optimization of new services
• Support central topics around Windows Server, Active Directory, and the IT infrastructure
• Participate in IT projects and modernization initiatives
• Ensure stable and reliable operation of the company’s IT systems together with the team

Requirements

• Completed IT training, a degree, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in system administration or in a Microsoft environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; SharePoint knowledge is a plus
• Broad technical interest and comfort in a generalist IT role
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
