Description

Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable Microsoft Azure cloud platforms with an emphasis on automation, infrastructure security, and developer experience. Lead Azure networking, security, governance, and automation initiatives, implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with GitOps practices. Improve monitoring and operational excellence while adopting GenAI tools to enhance infrastructure automation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable Azure infrastructure

• Lead Azure networking, security, governance, and automation initiatives

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices

• Apply Azure Well-Architected Framework principles

• Improve developer experience via reusable templates, tooling, and automation

• Implement monitoring, observability, and operational best practices

• Drive adoption of GenAI tools for infrastructure automation and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with architects, security teams, developers, and SRE engineers

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, or Platform Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform

• Excellent knowledge of Azure networking (VNets, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, NSGs, Azure Firewall)

• Experience with Azure security (Entra ID, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault)

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)

• Strong scripting skills in Python or PowerShell

• Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights

• Understanding of the Azure Well-Architected Framework

• Experience with Linux and Windows environments

• Practical experience using GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot or Azure OpenAI)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
