Description

Join as a Technical Consultant specializing in enterprise backup solutions and equipment qualification. You will coordinate qualification activities end-to-end, validate configurations on Fujitsu PRIMERGY servers, and resolve qualification-related issues while collaborating with vendors and customers. The role also includes building and maintaining a Demo Center environment in Munich/Augsburg.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Equipment Qualification process to ensure solutions meet technical, quality, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate qualification activities from initiation to completion; act as the key technical point of contact between internal teams and external technology partners.

• Evaluate technical specifications, validate configurations, and resolve qualification-related issues for enterprise backup solutions and PRIMERGY servers.

• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders; manage communication effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience with equipment qualification and validation processes.

• Strong technical expertise of enterprise backup solutions (Commvault, Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup).

• Proficiency in Fujitsu PRIMERGY servers (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management).

• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide technical recommendations.

• Experience in infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and support activities.

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Relevant vendor certifications are an advantage.

• Ability to create and maintain the Demo Center environment in Munich/Augsburg (also on-site).
