Description

You will create business-system analyses for backend solutions supporting online rail ticket sales, invoicing, customer service, agency sales, and related mobile and web applications. The work includes multi-variant analyses, proposing and consulting solutions, and designing system approaches in a microservices architecture environment. You will also verify and update business and IT process documentation and collaborate with IT teams and business clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business & Systems Analyst

• Experience with technical analysis of complex systems

• Experience with analysis of web applications

• Experience with analysis of mobile applications

• Experience with analysis of backoffice solutions

• Experience working with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of Jira

• Knowledge of Confluence

• Knowledge of UML

• Knowledge of AI tools used for system analysis preparation and solution design

• Advanced SQL

• Advanced understanding of database communication

• Knowledge of GitLab (or similar tools), including ability to read application code
