Description

Join a team developing systems that support transportation and logistics. You will analyze, gather, document, and optimize transport and warehousing processes, working with business users and IT to design improvements for transport planning and execution. The role includes evolving TMS capabilities and integrations with WMS and other operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, collect, and document business requirements for transport and logistics processes

• Model and optimize transport and warehouse processes using BPMN 2.0

• Collaborate with business users in transport planning, distribution, and logistics

• Participate in designing, implementing, and developing systems supporting transport management (TMS) and integration with WMS and other operational systems

• Identify areas for process automation and improvements

• Prepare analytical, process, and project documentation

• Create test scenarios and acceptance criteria; participate in system and business testing

• Analyze reported issues and support users regarding transport system operations

• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to develop transport-supporting solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience related to analysis, implementation, or development of transport, logistics, or warehousing processes

• Practical knowledge of transport processes (route planning, distribution, transport order management, monitoring transport execution)

• Experience with TMS, WMS, or similar logistics-support solutions

• English language knowledge at least B2

• Ability to analyze and model business processes

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

• Willingness for occasional business travel abroad
