Description

You will contribute to the design and analysis of system solutions for the bank’s omnichannel platform and digital services in the areas of accounts, savings, and term deposits. The role includes process modeling, requirements clarification, and creating user stories while working closely with product and engineering teams. You will support testing, business acceptance, and releases, with a direct impact on customer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and develop the omnichannel platform in the accounts and term deposits domain

• Analyze, model, and optimize digital customer handling processes

• Identify and refine business and system requirements for new functionalities and services

• Design solutions that support modern digital banking and improve customer experience

• Prepare business process models, analytical documentation, and solution recommendations

• Create user stories and collaborate on building, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog

• Run workshops and alignment sessions with business representatives

• Analyze how new features and process/technology changes affect existing banking systems

• Participate in designing integrations between systems supporting account and term deposit processes

• Work with architects, UX designers, developers, and testers across the initiative lifecycle

• Support test processes, business acceptance, and deployment of new solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a system analyst

• Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear IT requirements

• Process and solution modeling skills using UML and BPMN

• Experience with user stories, requirements, and product backlog management

• Practical knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of integrations and SQL; familiarity with REST, SOAP, and Kafka

• Comfort working in Agile and Scrum

• Ability to analyze impacts of changes and find solutions aligned to user and business needs

• Ability to independently lead workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good questioning skills

• Proactive and independent approach with an interest in continuous improvements
