Description

You will analyze international-market sales performance and operational effectiveness to understand what drives profitability, delivery success, returns, and logistics costs. The job focuses on combining data from multiple business areas, identifying dependencies, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations. You will also create reports and dashboards, automate recurring reporting, and monitor trends and anomalies to support forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales results and profitability by foreign market

• Combine and analyze data from multiple systems and business areas

• Monitor delivery effectiveness, return rates, undelivered shipments, and logistics costs

• Analyze courier performance, delivery regions, and individual postal codes

• Analyze customer purchasing behavior, order history, basket values, and repeat purchase patterns

• Assess product and sales-offer profitability considering shipping, returns, and order handling costs

• Analyze Call Center effectiveness, including order confirmation and the impact of service quality on sales execution

• Identify root causes of sales declines, worsening deliverability, and rising operational costs

• Find dependencies between sales, logistics, financial, and operational data

• Prepare analyses, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions

• Automate recurring reports and improve analytical processes

• Develop recommendations to improve profitability, reduce losses, and increase sales efficiency

• Monitor trends, identify anomalies, and forecast results based on available data

Requirements

• Experience analyzing business, sales, financial, or operational data

• Very strong MS Excel skills, including advanced functions and Power Query

• Practical SQL knowledge and ability to independently retrieve, join, and analyze data

• Power BI knowledge with experience creating reports and dashboards

• Ability to analyze KPIs, costs, margins, and profitability

• Ability to recognize relationships between data from different business areas

• Ability to independently form conclusions and present concrete business recommendations

• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
