Description

You will ensure the reliable operation and continuous development of automated self-service systems. You will diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical faults, plan and optimize maintenance, coordinate the on-site technician team, and implement technical improvements based on fault and root-cause analyses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and operational readiness of electromechanical equipment

• Analyze and resolve technical faults in electrical or mechanical environments

• Plan, execute, and optimize maintenance and instandhaltung measures

• Coordinate and support the on-site technician team

• Perform error/root-cause analyses and implement improvement actions

• Document maintenance work and create technical reports

• Manage spare parts, support ordering, and assist with warehousing/inventory

• Collaborate closely with customers and other project stakeholders

Requirements

• Several years of experience in maintenance, servicing, or technical service of systems

• Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics

• Experience coordinating technicians/service teams (preferred)

• Structured, solution-oriented working style

• Very good German and good English

• Willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt am Main
