Description

You will support the Product Owner in managing, improving, and updating the product backlog. You will collect and analyze business needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria—defining functional scope and acceptance scenarios according to BDD/Gherkin. You will collaborate with UX, architecture, development, QA, business stakeholders, and customer support to clarify requirements and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine the product backlog with stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Define functional scope and acceptance scenarios using BDD/Gherkin

• Coordinate with UX, architecture, development, QA, business, and customer support

• Support sprint/iteration planning based on business value and technical feasibility

• Answer developer team questions during delivery and resolve requirement-related issues

• Monitor readiness of functionality for testing and provide status updates to business stakeholders

• Use AI tools to optimize and automate daily tasks and improve processes

• Prepare and present product demos after each iteration

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar in an Agile environment

• Experience delivering digital products for mobile devices and/or web browsers

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage relationships with business stakeholders

• Practical experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios

• Knowledge of BDD and Gherkin syntax

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience with Figma (prototypes and mockups)

• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Good English proficiency (spoken and written) for daily collaboration
